I bought a worx grass/hedge trimmer combo wg900 on July of 2007, and used a few times only, It did a great job, but then I stopped using it, because I did not have any more spools and had misplaced the paper work, now I found it and I need to order the free spools which I has never ordered before, but as I went to the web, it ask me for a credit card, which I don.t have anymore, what address can I send the request and send a check for free spools The trimmer edger works beautiful and We are very happy with it. Our ages are 75 and 76 yrs old and is the only trimmer we can hold, because of its lightness and easy to manipulate. the grass trimmer no.wg 150. and need the spools.
the guard keeps comeing off,the first day i got it the string guard fell off,i bout it off the tv commercial can you help
