About Armand's

In 1956 cherished companions Michael Caringella and Christopher bought the Armand's in Elmwood Park. Mike worked at his families butcher shop on Taylor Street and Armand was a fruitful craftsman. They consolidated both of these things into their new pursuit. Mike bringing his experience and family recipes into the kitchen where he made a large number of the popular things on their menu and Armand showing his unique craftsmanship in the principal lounge area. The name of the foundation was concluded by a coin throw, the victor was Mike and he chose to name the spot Armand's. The idea thrived selling huge number of Mike's particular meager outside pizzas week after week. Clients could watch from Grand Avenue as the Pizza's were hand thrown and placed into one of the main monster spinning pizza broilers in Chicago.
